Meteorologist expert. MET-1543 is a meteorologist with extensive professional experience. His work in local wind flow analysis and meso-scale meteorology served to identify the automobile as the major source of photochemical pollution in Los Angeles. He was employed by the County of Los Angeless pollution control district for 11 years, directing a five-man group of meteorologists. Presently the head of a meteorological and air pollution monitoring company, he contracts with local, state, and federal agencies to operate weather and/or quality monitoring stations throughout the United States.
