Michael S. Simmons, DMD, MSc, MPH is a Orofacial Pain/TMJ Dental Expert Witness who is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain, a Fellow of the American Academy of General Dentistry, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain.
