Neurologist Exper. NEU-1570 has been the director of a neurology department since 1978. He is also chief neurologist for the State Athletic Commission of California. He is a consultant to a coma management rehabilitation center. NEU-1570 is a former director of rehabilitation and the chairman of a bioethics committee. He is an independent medical examiner for the state of Californias workers compensation division.
