Neurologist Expert. NEU-1938 is one of five neurologists presently in the neurological consultants medical group. He is also an assistant clinical professor of medicine at the department of neurology of a northern California university. NEU-1938 served three years in the U.S. Navy as chief of the division of neurology. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and California Medical Association.
