Neurosurgeon Expert. NEU-1563 is the director and founder of a brachial plexus and peripheral nerve institute. He has made numerous presentations to professional societies and to classes, conferences, and meetings. He has also written books, journal articles, and other publications. He has conducted research projects on such topics as the effect of “GEL FILM†Upjohn on brachial plexus or a peripheral nerve following surgery and the effect of nerve anastomosis from upper lumbar plexus to the femoral nerve in patients with trauma or lesions in the conus medullaris.
