Neurosurgeon Expert. NEU-2042 is the president and medical director of the center for neurological surgery in the active practice of clinical neurosurgery. In addition, he is a clinical assistant professor of neurosurgery at a southern California university. Prior to relocating to California, Dr. Schnitzer was an assistant-chief-of-service at The John Hopkins Hospital. NEU-2042s research has been published in a number of peer-reviewed medical journals.
