Nurse Expert. NUR-1036 is manager of the operating room and central sterile processing for a Southern California hospital. She is responsible for 125 FTEs and for management of operating and capital budgets. She is an active member of the Southern California health systems operating room managers committee, which develops and implements cost savings. She has been an expert witness since 1992.
