Occupational Therapist Expert. OCC-1676 is a senior occupational therapist and hand specialist with the VA healthcare system. She is also a clinical instructor. Her continuing education includes seminars related to cutting-edge research and treatment techniques related to occupational and hand therapy of the upper extremity.
