Orthopedic Surgeon Expert. OPT-1593 has been in private practice in optometry since 1970. He has been the president of the American Optometric Association and is the president of two other optometric societies. The Central Arizona Optometry Society, the Arizona Optometric Association, and Great Western have named him “O.D. of the Year”.
