Orthopedic Surgeon Expert. Since 1992, ORT-1895 is a professor and head, division of childrens orthopaedics and director for cerebral palsy at a southern California university and medical center. He is also a consultant surgeon at a crippled childrens hospital, the position, which he has held since 1982. ORT-1895 has lectured extensively in his specialty area and is a member of several medical committees. He has more than 200 publications to his credit.
