Orthopedic Surgeon Expert. ORT-1605 has been in private practice since 1971. Previously he was a member of the board of directors of a Southern California medical center. He was also chairman of the emergency committee and chief of surgery at local hospitals and medical centers. ORT-1605 has also served in the U.S. Army for orthopedic services.
