Orthopedic Surgeon Expert. ORT-1611 has been in private practice of orthopedic surgery since 1978. Previously he was a staff physician at a northern California medical center. ORT-1611 is a former orthopedic subsection chairman, founder and first chairman of a trauma department and a former member of its board of directors. He is a member of the California Society of Industrial Medicine and Surgery and the Western Orthopedic Association.
