Orthopedic Surgeon Expert. ORT-2156 has been in private practice of orthopedic surgery since 1981. He is an attending physician in the orthopedic departments of several medical centers. He was formerly chief of hand surgery at the Ventura County Medical Center. He is a Qualified Medical Examiner and Agreed Medical Evaluator.
