Otolaryngologist Expert. OTO-1429 has been in private practice of ENT since 1977. He is section chief of the otolaryngology department at a local medical center. He is an assistant clinical professor at a southern California university. OTO-1429 is a Qualified Medical Examiner (QME), Independent Medical Examiner (IME), and Agreed Medical Examiner (AME) with Californias Department of Industrial Relations.
