Otolaryngologist Expert. OTO-1430 received his board certification in otorhinolaryngology in 1963. He has been in private practice since 1961. His practice is limited to ENT. OTO-1430 is a qualified, independent, and agreed medical examiner. He is a member of the American Society of Facial Plastic Surgery and the Society of Otolaryngology.
