Otolaryngologist Expert. OTO-1631 is a plastic surgeon with a background as an ENT specialist. He is chief of plastic surgery at a medical center and IS vice president of a county plastic surgery society. He has been involved with scientific presentations with such titles as “Facial Nerve Paralysis in Children,†“Open Structure Rhinoplasty,†“Nasolabial Flaps for Reconstruction of Larger Nasal Defects,†and “Salvage of Severely Injured Ear.†OTO-1631 has participated as faculty in a rhinoplasty course and in a recent course on facial plastic surgery. He was featured on the Discovery channel in 1999 and 2000 for cosmetic breast surgery.
