Paul Breslin, CHA, CHE, ISHC, HAMA, is a Hospitality Expert Witness who is a 38-year veteran of the hospitality industry. His experience includes hotel operations, development and asset management, and he has worked with organizations ranging from large, internationally branded hotels to smaller, independent luxury hotels and resorts.
Mr. Breslin earned an A.S. in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Paul Smith’s College and B.S. in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. During his career, Mr. Breslin has worked in the hospitality industry as an executive, asset manager, consultant, advisor and educator and has also offered litigation support and forensic services.
In addition to his work as a consultant and educator, Mr. Breslin has served as an expert witness in a number of hospitality cases involving operating standards, property control, mismanagement, franchise issues, safety and security. His caseload as an expert witness over the years includes work with both plaintiffs and defendants.
