Photographer Expert. PHO-1627 has provided photography for numerous magazine covers and articles, as well as hundreds of advertisements, sales brochures and annual reports. He has written, filmed and edited more than 100 industrial sales films and television commercials. One film that he wrote and directed was chosen Cinema Industries Film of the Year. PHO-1627 initiated the photo progress report concept, created a system with polarized light to photograph model aircraft “in flight,” formulated and patented film developer chemistry that enables exposures at film speeds 10 times higher than their rated ASA speeds, and pioneered the technique for producing realistic night photography. PHO-1627 has 31 years of experience with analytic evidence photography. His clients are attorneys, accident reconstructionists, sheriffs departments, insurance adjusters, human factors research engineers, accident investigators, and visibility perception experts.
