Physical Therapist Expert. PHY-1903 has been a physical therapist with an outpatient department at a northern California hospital since 1984. He has attended many seminars accruing over 900 hours. Some of the seminars attended include podiatric physical therapy, muscle imbalances, orthopaedic manual therapy for the shoulder, and advanced manual therapy.
