Plastic Surgeon Expert. PLA-1160 is a plastic surgeon in private practice and a former vice-president of the Maricopa County Plastic Surgery Society. He is a long-time instructor of Advanced Trauma Life Support courses. He has also taught several surgical basic science courses and lectured on “Management of Common Hand Problems in the Emergency Room.” In addition to his private practice, he has been on surgery committees at several local hospitals.
