Plastic Surgeon Expert. PLA-1191 is an assistant clinical professor of plastic surgery at a Southern California university. He is also vice chair of the ethics committee with the California Society of Plastic Surgeons. PLA-1191 has conducted extensive research and written many papers. Subjects have included total thyroidectomy, carcinoma in hyperthyroidism, and emergency treatment of the injured hand.
