Plastic Surgeon Expert. PLA-1632 has been board certified in surgery since 1981 and in cosmetic breast surgery since 1992. He is the medical director of an outpatient surgical center and clinic dedicated to the care and treatment of the breast. He is a former chairman of a local hospitals department of surgery. He has co-hosted a radio medical talk show since 1991. He is also experienced in brokering sales of physicians offices to hospitals and other purchasers.
