Plastic Surgeon Expert. The American Board of Plastic Surgery and the National Board of Medical Examiners certify PLA-1635. He is chief of plastic surgery and hand surgery divisions at two hospitals, and he has staff privileges at four others. He is a clinical professor in the Mayo Clinic Residency Program and at a school of nursing.
