Plastic Surgeon Expert. PLA-1636 is triple board certified in cosmetic, otolaryngology- head and neck, and facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. He is the eponymous inventor of a microsurgical laryngoscope. PLA-1636 is an assistant professor at a southern California medical school and a board member of the American Society of Liposuction Surgery. He has written several publications, given numerous lectures in cosmetic surgery, and appeared on radio and television.
