Plastic Surgeon Expert. PLA-2013 has a practice in plastic surgery specializing in reconstructive surgery, wounds, and burn scars. He is a former chief of staff at a children’s hospital and a past vice-chief of plastic surgery at the Children’s Hospital of San Diego. He received the ‘Physician of the Year award in 1995. He is very active in his community and is a member of several organizations and committees.
