Prosthetics Expert. PRO-1602 is the director of clinical activities in prosthetics for the Veterans Administration. He is also an assistant clinical professor at a department of physical medicine and. PRO-1602 has been a lecturer in prosthetics and orthotics at a California State University campus since 1986. He directs a full-service gait laboratory at a VA medical center and is the founding chairman of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists Gait Society. PRO-1602 has been involved in many research investigations, including the gait mechanisms of the partial foot amputee, prosthetic designs for dysvascular B-K, and the efficiency of DER prosthetic feet. He has authored more than 30 professional papers and publications.
