Questioned Documents Expert. QUE-1416 has been a questioned document examiner for the states Department of Justice and the United States Secret Service, and in private practice. A former police officer and narcotic enforcement agent, he has instructed law enforcement personnel, as well as banking institutes and civic groups, on questioned document examination. His articles on questioned documents have appeared in legal publications and in the Journal of Forensic Science. QUE-1416 has qualified as a questioned documents expert in 32 states. He has testified more than 100 times in federal, state and local courts of law; medical and judicial review boards; and military courts-martial. His examination, in 1978, of a states large case resulted in his selection as a fellow of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences.
