Dr. Branton has also lived and worked cross-culturally within the U.S.A. as well as in Spain, Indonesia, and South Korea. With this unique combination of life experiences and studies, Dr. Branton provides seminars and organizational consulting on a wide variety of topics including training and assessment of candidates for cross cultural placements and international assignments, organizational systems, healthy team-building, critical incident stress debriefings, spiritual integration in psychology and counseling, and the psychology of peacemaking.

Dr. Branton has taught adjunct classes in graduate psychology and counseling programs and voluntarily mentored many students, from high school to graduate Masters and Doctoral programs. Additionally, Dr. Branton enjoys training and supervising other counselors and psychologists, both in the fields of Clinical and Family Psychology, as well as assisting to develop forensically-informed therapists (FIT) and providers. Dr. Branton also serves as a board member for the Arizona Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AZ AFCC).
