Real Estate Appraisal Expert. REA-1344 has been an active real estate appraiser since 1971, establishing his own practice in 1981. Over that time, he has provided appraisal and consultation services to the real estate community, financial institutions, the legal profession, government agencies, and the general public throughout Arizona. He also provides expert consultation on structural deficiencies, environmental/contaminant issues, flood plain, and other valuation diminution considerations. He has been an appraiser for such organizations as Arizona Public Services Company, the Arizona Department of Transportation, Bank One, and Merrill Lynch. He has also performed valuations for many airport properties and is a member of the American Association of Airport Executives and the Arizona Airport Association.
