Real Estate Appraisal Expert. REA-2082 is an independent appraiser in Southern California. He is also a partner in a commercial and industrial project management company and vice president of a commercial brokerage company. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 1958 and a real estate appraiser since 1957. His appraisal territory includes the following counties: Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura. REA-2082 is qualified as an expert witness in superior court and federal bankruptcy court.
