Real Estate Expert. REA-1054 is an appraiser and consultant for a real estate company in Southern California. He is responsible for management and training of all staff. He provides real estate appraisal, consulting, and expert witness testimony for a variety of litigation matters, including dissolution of marriage, diminution in value, bankruptcy, estate tax, property tax, construction, and title policy defects.
