Rosemary Coates, MBA is a US Customs Expert Witness who is a licensed United States Customs Broker and an Area Response Designee, US Department of Transportation and Federal Emergency Management Agency. She is a Board Member of the University of San Diego’s Supply Chain Institute. She is active in the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, the Institute for Supply Management.
Ms. Coates received her Bachelor of Science in Business Logistics from Arizona State University WP Carey School of Business and MBA in Finance and Operations Management from the University of San Diego Graduate School of Business. She currently teaches Supply Chain Architecture at University of California Berkeley.
Ms. Coates is President of Blue Silk Consulting. China is one of her areas of specialty. She has authored 5 books (including an Amazon.com Best Seller Book), several articles, and done many presentations and taught classes. She has 25 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Project Management and ERP Systems Implementation Consulting.
