Safety Engineer Expert. SAF-1789 is a safety engineer with extensive experience. He has held several positions, including area manager, field engineer and personnel director. He has also taught Industrial and Safety and Workers Compensation Law at Mt. San Antonio College. SAF-1789 developed a program staffed with departmental professors, which led to a degree program in Occupational Safety and Health. As a consultant in the area of safety engineering, his areas of specialization are construction, industrial and electrical safety.
