Surveyor Expert. SUR-1710 is an assistant professor in the department of civil engineering at a Southern California university. He has been involved in the design and development of geographical instrument systems for applications in digital satellite mapping, Photogrammetry, and remote sensing. He has published several papers, including “Soft Copy Photogrammetry – State of the Art,” which he presented as an invited paper at the conference Mapping and Remote Sensing Tools for the 21st Century.
