Tropical Medicine Expert. TRO-1436 is currently a research professor at the department of medicine of a northern California university. His work involves the development of a vaccine for HIV/AIDS, the study of immune responses to HIV infections, and characterization of viral pathogenesis. TRO-1436s other research interests include adjuvants and immunomodulation, parasitology, and natural product pharmaceuticals. He has received numerous awards and honors. He has written over two-dozen publications and abstracts.
